What's your main symptom?
Feeling of pressure, bulge, or heaviness "down there"
This suggests pelvic organ prolapse (POP). It's the classic pessary indication.
Leaking urine when I cough, sneeze, run, or lift

Stage I — mild descent, staying well above the vaginal opening

Stage IV — uterus/organs fully prolapsed outside the vagina
