DOMESTIC SHIPPING (United States)
Free Standard Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders.
Estimated delivery: 5-12 business days after dispatch.
Expedited Shipping Options
Need it faster? We offer the following UPS shipping upgrades
at checkout:
- UPS Next Day Air® — Delivered next business day
- UPS 2nd Day Air® — Delivered in 2 business days
- UPS 3 Day Select® — Delivered in 3 business days
Expedited shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on
package weight and destination.
Same-Day Dispatch
Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST (Monday–Friday) are dispatched
the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST or on weekends/
holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
Please note: Expedited delivery timeframes begin from the date
of dispatch, not the date of order placement.
In-Store & Curbside Pickup
Local pickup is available Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM PST at:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery
timeframes are calculated at checkout based on destination and
package weight.
Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days depending on destination
and customs processing times.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes,
and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the
sole responsibility of the buyer. SciMed Store has no control over
these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Please check with your local customs office for information on
applicable duties and taxes before placing your order.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping
confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier details.
DELAYS & EXCEPTIONS
While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times,
delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing,
or circumstances beyond our control. SciMed Store is not
liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs
authorities.
