Frequently asked questions
Are these the same pessaries you sell individually?
Yes — identical specification to our single-size Ring Pessary With Support and Ring Pessary Without Support.
What does the Mixed (4+3) configuration include?
4 With-Support pessaries (sizes 3, 4, 5, 6) + 3 Without-Support pessaries (sizes 3, 4, 5).
How do we handle insurance billing?
Bill HCPCS code A4562 (Pessary, non-rubber, any type — the code for silicone pessaries) to insurance. Most US payers reimburse $40–$70 per device. A4561 (rubber) is the historical code no longer applicable to silicone devices.
Can the kit be steam autoclaved?
Yes — each device is autoclavable at 134°C / 273°F for 18 minutes minimum.
Do you offer free samples for clinic evaluation?
Yes — we offer 1–2 free sample devices to verified practices.
Regulatory and reimbursement
FDA 510(k) cleared as a Class II medical device under FDA Product Code HHN, regulated under 21 CFR 884.5350. Devices dispensed to patients are HSA/FSA eligible and billable under HCPCS code A4562 (Pessary, non-rubber, any type — the correct code for silicone pessaries).
