RETURN & REFUND POLICY

90-Day Return Policy
We offer a 90-day return window from the date you receive your item.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, in original condition,
with all tags attached and in original packaging. Proof of purchase
is required for all returns.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at sales@scimedstore.com to request a return authorization.
Do not send items back without prior approval — unauthorized returns
will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return
shipping label and detailed instructions.
Damages & Incorrect Items
Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is
defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at
sales@scimedstore.com within 48 hours so we can resolve the
issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized orders
- Personal care and hygiene products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards
Exchanges
To exchange an item, initiate a return for the original item and
place a new order once your return is accepted.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return
their order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, without
justification. Items must be unused, in original condition, with
tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of
the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original
payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time
for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and
