What does "DDP" mean for our clinic?
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) means the quoted price covers everything until the goods reach your clinic door — manufacture, US export clearance, international freight, destination customs clearance, all import duties, and final-mile delivery. You pay one number and receive the goods. No customs broker on your side, no surprise charges.
Are these the same FDA-cleared devices we'd buy through a regional distributor?
Yes — the exact same devices, manufactured on the same US production line, with the same 510(k) clearance. The difference is the supply path: distributor channels add 30–60% across two or three hands. We sell direct, so the per-unit cost is what the manufacturer charges, plus DDP logistics.
Do you handle SFDA / MoH registration?
SciMed devices ship with full FDA 510(k) documentation, Certificate of Conformity, and Certificate of Origin — the documents most GCC ministries require. For clinic-specific procurement, this paperwork is sufficient. For formal in-country medical-device registration (e.g. SFDA registration as an importer), this is typically handled by your clinic or a local regulatory agent; we provide source documents on request.
What's the minimum order? Do you do mixed SKUs?
Minimum order is $500 USD, and you can mix SKUs across categories. A typical first order is a mix of two or three pessary sizes plus a diagnostic instrument. We do not have a per-SKU minimum within an order.
Can we get net-30 payment terms?
Yes, after the first order. We extend net-30 terms to verified clinic and hospital accounts — typically licensed clinics with 12+ months of operating history. Provide your trade license and a primary contact, and we'll set up the account.
Do you ship to public hospitals and government tenders?
